This Executive MBA curriculum is designed to build a comprehensive strategic foundation, culminating in a high-level practical application. The 30-credit structure is divided into three key components:
Core Courses (24 credits) :
These form the heart of the program, providing deep and advanced knowledge in functional areas critical to business management. Students will master disciplines such as strategic leadership, corporate finance, global marketing, operations management, and business analytics. These courses ensure a 360-degree perspective on the modern business environment.
Field Practicum Course (3 credits) :
This course is an immersive, hands-on learning experience. Students apply theoretical concepts from the classroom to a real-world business challenge, working directly with an organization or on a consulting project. The goal is to develop problem-solving skills in a dynamic business setting.
Capstone Course (3credits) :
As the culminating experience of the EMBA, the Capstone course integrates all the knowledge acquired throughout the program. Students tackle a complex strategic project, a business simulation, or the development of a comprehensive business plan. This final course demonstrates their ability to lead, analyze, and execute effective strategies at the highest executive level.
To accommodate the demands of busy professionals, the program is offered in a flexible format, allowing students to choose between a fully virtual experience or in-person classes at our modern university campus. This dual modality ensures a personalized and accessible learning journey, fostering collaboration and networking with leaders from diverse industries.
